Description

The Marketing Specialist - After Market Service and Support Contracts is responsible for the design, development, deployment, and implementation of marketing campaigns to support the Services and Support Division(SSD) as well as any additional assigned Product Line and Segments, and to measure performance against defined marketing metrics and goals.

This position will have responsible for driving all aspects of campaign, including : the tactic mix selection; budget management;

performance tracking; and reporting for SSD. You will work closely with the SSD Regional Marketing Program Manager (rMPM)to define and communicate campaign strategy and objectives, while maintaining relationships with various SSD partners and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings a formal marketing education in digital and traditional marketing, as well as knowledge of the Agilent SSD portfolio of technologies and service offerings.

The successful candidate will have experience and demonstrate the ability to successfully work in a large matrix organization with limited supervision.

A successful candidate will have strong personal skills to - drive campaigns from beginning to end; ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines;

work independently and demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to network, as these will be key to succeeding in this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in marketing preferred or equivalent documented experience

4+ years relevant experience within marketing and utilizing both digital and traditional marketing tactics.

Experience handling budgets and understanding of Purchase Orders

Demonstrated marketing campaign communication competency; implementing a mix of tactics including digital marketing, direct marketing, Email deployments, print mailings,

Experience supporting events and online events

Experience with effective integration and utilization of social media platforms within a campaign

Experience with after market service and support contracts

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, translation technologies, content management systems

Experience with SAP, QuickBase, ASANA, etc.

Ability to travel regionally in North America up to 10%

The US pay range for this full-time position is $85, - $140,, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum new hire pay for the position across the relevant US locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
