Finance Organizational Transformation Expert, Remote - US

We're looking for a Finance Organization Transformation Expert with experience helping CFOs and senior Finance leaders deliver on finance transformation projects.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with the strategic and operational aspects of a finance transformation including supporting the implementation of new organizational design models across finance sub functions.

About this role

Analysts create must-have insights for our clients through published research and client interaction. You will meet with clients every day : in a videoconference or from the stage at a Gartner event.

In every client interaction, and every insight you produce, you will help clients solve difficult puzzles that lead to better performance.

What you'll do

• Advise CFOs and their leadership teams on finance transformation management and organizational redesign best practices through your research and thought leadership
• Deliver high quality actionable advice through face-to-face and video-based presentations and discussions with clients (1 : 1 and 1 : many)
• Remain ahead of the curve on developments and issues within specified areas of expertise as well as applicable adjacent areas

What you'll need

• 8-12 years of experience in finance, ideally within a finance transformation team or controlling / accounting or FP&A.
• Demonstrated experience with the strategic and operational aspects of a finance transformation and associated change projects
• Subject matter expertise in finance organization and talent needs for the future of finance
• Strong business acumen
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred
• Ability to conduct occasional travel, regionally and globally

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 130,000 USD - 165,000 USD.

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
