Housekeeper Responsibilities :
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in accordance with established guidelines.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sweep floors, carpets, and other surfaces.
- Change bed linens and make beds.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and towels.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate staff.
- Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored properly and safely.
- Provide a friendly and courteous service to residents and staff.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting, is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
