We are looking for an experienced Operations Director with an engineering background to join the Interconnectors Executive team.

As an Operations Director, you will be accountable for the safe and reliable operations of four HVDC interconnector assets, including the world's two longest subsea cable interconnectors, totaling 6GW of capacity.
While a background in transmission, generation, nuclear, or wider renewables would be advantageous, we are open to candidates with experience in other large infrastructure sectors.
Essential qualifications include :
- Proven experience at the Operations Director level.
- A wealth of knowledge and experience in safety management.
- Extensive experience in managing joint venture partnerships.
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills.
You will report to the Managing Director of NGV's Interconnectors business and join a leadership team that is passionate about the planet and motivated to make change happen.
