Key Responsibilities
Supports the Corporate IT Business community on location at an aerospace customer in Wichita KS, providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex IT issues for End user desktop, Mobile devices, and IT Site support issues.
Assists management team with day-to-day operations of the group. Receives, assesses, troubleshoots, and escalates support incidents & requests.
- understanding of ticketing systems and ability to log / update / close tickets, prioritize issues and balance workloads bringing customer tickets to full resolution
- incorrect process flows within the tracking system and influence change and serve as a front-line interface to users
- outstanding customer service and world class support in a fast-paced corporate environment. May be asked to conduct training to other technicians or nontechnical employees
- in identifying and documenting process / procedure changes and / or entering technical solutions in the internal knowledge base
- all local IT Equipment in Asset Management system (Service Now)
- mobile devices and tablets in Intune, SCCM and ABM as needed.
- guidance and conduct training to junior team members.
Essential Requirements
- full understanding of installing, troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing Desktops, laptops, tablets, phones and printers, including how they are managed in Intune, active directory and SCCM.
- a full understanding of IT networking (including WiFi and 5G).
- skilled in hardware, software and / or operating systems environment including ios and android devices.
- degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
- experience of minimum 4+ years in IT support, systems administration, and network management.
- communication and interpersonal skills and experience working with customers and internal partners
- of ITIL processes
Desirable Requirements
- outstanding customer service.
- with the process to set up a user’s mobile device.
Linux OS knowledge recommended.
- of using Citrix on a mobile device
- such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator, or equivalent
Duration : Contract
Rate : between $28-35 / hour
