Ideal experience :
- 5+ years defense litigation, preferably including defense of general liability matters (premises liability, personal injury, auto / trucking accidents and construction defect cases)
- Experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing motions, and assisting with trial preparation
- Experience attending mediations, arbitrations, and or trials is preferred, but not required
- Admitted in the State Bar of California
- Resides in CA and available to make in-court appearances as needed (North California or Southern California)
