Join us for a full-time, in-office dispatch role in Allentown, PA. You'll work Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM, ensuring you have time to enjoy life outside of work while being an essential part of our team.
As you step into your role as an Electric Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep each day, you become the heartbeat of our operations.
Your phone rings, and you're ready to greet our customers with a friendly voice, explaining how our service calls work and scheduling appointments with ease.
With your organizational skills, you dispatch our skilled technicians efficiently, ensuring they're on the road and ready to serve.
Throughout the day, you connect with customers to follow up on estimates and answer any questions, making sure they feel valued and supported every step of the way.
What You Need to Succeed :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Must be comfortable telling customers about dispatch fee and providing value over the phone to book the service call
- 80% booking ratio required
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the home services industry
