Job Description
Position Summary :
Level One : Working under minimal supervision, level one hose assembly mechanics assemble standard hose assemblies, as well as executes inspections and tests per defined quality procedures.
Level one hose assembly mechanics demonstrate the ability to use basic hose assembly equipment and standard assembly tools, as well as common precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
They will also demonstrate basic shop math and print reading skills. Typically 3-5 Years of experience.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Safely and efficiently operate hose assembly tooling equipment.
- Assemble hose fittings and assemblies
- Interact with production tracking tools such as Avante or E1 to charge time to job orders and claim parts at the end of the shift.
- Perform SPC as required.
Required Skills :
- The ability to perform basic to intermediate assembly tasks.
- Intermediate knowledge of common assembly tools and their uses.
- A basic knowledge of shop math including fractions, decimals and simple geometry.
- Basic print reading competencies.
- A firm understanding of and ability to use a wide range of inspection tools.
- DAP training
Required Experience :
3-5 years of experience
Level of Education :
GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $20.50 to $21.63 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors.
For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter .
Employees will receive 96 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
