Title : Retail Sales Associate 2nd ShiftLocation : Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport Retail Sales Associate Key Duties :
- Engage customers by creating a memorable, tailor-made customer service experience
- Maintain high energy and a professional manner at all times
- Solve customer problems and exceeds expectations in store while servicing multiple customers
- Meet store sales targets for every working shift
- Manage transactions at the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
- Follow all company policies, cash handling policies, and special store loss prevention procedures
- Assist with inventory management
- Maintain the store environment, store organization and visual display and store sets
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new associates
- Exemplify a passion and advocacy for the brand
- Ability to interact with diverse personalities and build relationships with team members and customers
- High degree of interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 2 years of high-end fashion retail experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
