About the Opportunity :
We are sourcing talent for a well-established general contractor in the greater Phoenix area, specializing in diverse project types including multifamily, commercial, municipal, and education sectors.
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead teams and drive successful project completion with a strong commitment to safety, scheduling, and team coordination.
Position Overview :
In this role, you will oversee all on-site operations, manage project schedules, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with various project stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings a solid track record of team leadership, excels in scheduling and communication, and has a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of superintendent experience in multifamily, commercial, municipal, K-12, or higher education projects
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven ability to create and maintain project schedules
- Deep commitment to safety and OSHA standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
