Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate patient discharge and secure nursing and delivery with various stakeholdersObtain and communicate required documentation for new referralsAssist patients in securing upfront payments and finding financial assistance as neededRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredMinimum of two years of related experience requiredAbility to manage multiple referrals and priorities simultaneouslyExperience in a fast-paced environmentPrevious healthcare or medical billing experience preferred
