This role combines business analysis and budget / financial management responsibilities to ensure mission success through informed decision-making and efficient resource allocation. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes and financial data, develop data-driven recommendations, and provide analytical and administrative support for both operational and fiscal activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Evaluate current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements or automation.
• Support project management activities including meeting coordination, agenda development, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, use cases, and reports.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure business needs are clearly translated into system and software solutions.
• Support budget formulation, execution, and tracking for program and project funding.
• Assist in preparing spend plans, financial forecasts, and budget justifications.
• Monitor and reconcile project expenses, obligations, and expenditures.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
• Coordinate with program management to ensure compliance with government fiscal policies and funding timelines.
• Identify financial risks, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
