Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide exemplary service, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Query Resolution : Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and resolving issues to the best of your ability.
Policy Updates : Assist clients with policy changes, cancellations, and any other adjustments they might need.
Claims Support : Guide clients through the process of filing claims, providing support and clarity at each step.
Record Management : Maintain accurate client records and document interactions according to company policy.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Requirement
Licensing : Active MI Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience : Previous experience in a customer service or insurance environment is essential.
