Job Title : State Farm Auto Insurance Producer
Job Description : We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a State Farm Auto Insurance Producer at Sanja Teagle State Farm.
As an Auto Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for calling on leads to offer auto insurance policies to potential customers.
This is an excellent opportunity to start a rewarding career in the insurance industry, as no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers to offer auto insurance policies
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Meet or exceed daily call targets by making 100 calls per day
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy details
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Must be comfortable making 100 calls per day
- No previous experience in the insurance industry required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
