What you will need :
- The completion of an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA accredited school, or the equivalent.
- Current Illinois licensure or eligibility.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
- 1-2 years of setting-specific experience preferred
General Summary :
Reporting to the Rehab Services Manager or Rehabilitation Supervisor with accountability to the Director and Team, and under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, performs a variety of patient related activities in order to improve and maximize patient mobility and independent functioning within their physical limitations.
