Our Client is seeking a Student mentor in the Detroit and Metro area to provide a safe, nurturing learning environment for adolescence in a juvenile detention center.
CLIENT'S AVAIALBLE HOURS & HOURLY RATE
Compensation is dependent on Contractor's experience, education, availability, and skills.
- Monday - Friday (during school hours)
- Multiple Schools Available
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree required.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
- Help children develop social awareness appropriate for their age and developmental level.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to students about assignments and questions.
- Keep accurate records for each student, including academic progress, attendance and behavior / discipline records.
- Assist students with instructional technology
- Work cooperatively with instructional, support staff and administrative staff.
- Monitor learner progress with available tools and develops an intervention plan for unsuccessful learners.
