Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1451.13 - $1671.96

NO NEW GRADS, license in hand - won't officially book until license is active. Must have at least 1 reference on file. PT needed - ASAP start date, 13-week assignment, Mon-Fri schedule.

Must be Covid vaccinated, this location does not accept exemptions. Village Health & Rehab split with Discovery and Riverside.
