We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Associate Client Service II to join our Corporate Trust / CLO team. This role is located in Pittsburgh PA Hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :
Works with external clients to resolve moderatelyplex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY.
Supports clients in addressing moderatelyplex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
Applies intermediate problem-solving skills, experience, and judgement to analyse information.
Usesmunication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
Leverages a good understanding of broader BNY services and offerings. May be the central point of contact for business development and assume client onboarding and / or risk management responsibilities.
Monitors client inquiries, resolves non-routine issues and escalatesplex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed.
Uses knowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business development efforts. Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following :
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalentbination of education and experience is required.
3-5 years of total work experience strongly preferred.
Client Service / Operations experience within financial services is strongly preferred.
Corporate Trust background preferred.
Finance / accounting,pliance / reporting, reconciliation background experience preferred.
CLO / CDO / SOLVAS background preferred
