Nurse Practitioner needed in Indiana for Occupational Health coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and Indiana state license.
Shifts will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Preference to local candidate. Will see less than 7 patients per day to start, depending on the day, with volumes expected to rise and patient population is all ages.
