About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service, Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team at Arrowhead Scientific in Lenexa, KS.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, and resolving any billing issues.
They will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or accounts receivable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a multi-task customer service environment
- Strong decision making ability and organizational and problem solving skills
Responsibilities :
- Answer phone in a prompt manner and route calls appropriately
- Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups as needed
- Respond to and resolve customer requests including processing orders, requests for pricing, product availability, delivery, billing questions, returns and cancellations
- Resolve any billing issues or discrepancies with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Perform accurate data entry for product orders, verifying account details, pricing, quantities, ship dates, and routing instructions
- Follow up with customers on past due invoices to resolve payment balances
- Handle key programs that require documenting order information, tracking information and delivery dates
- Serve as a front desk ambassador, greeting visitors and handling in person orders
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, sorting mail and document preparation
- Gather and analyze data to provide insights on customer accounts
- Provide support for the company website
- Other duties as required
