manages Okta user recertification processes toensure user lists are accurate. The incumbent will perform complexbusiness analysis and technical tasks such as project planningprocess improvement writing requirements system design dataanalysis interface analysis and system rollout.

Focus is to assistwith the development of an Okta Customer Identity and AccessManagement (CIAM) solution. The incumbent will serve as the TeamLeader for an Okta user profile management team.

VSPs Okta solutionis integrated with DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows and theincumbent will create DocuSign forms workflows and interfaces toautomate the management of user profiles.

The incumbent will workwith the VSP Information Security Officer (ISO) and VITA to developnew Okta user administration processes and forms.

• These dutiesinvolve the following : Leads the overall review analysis andevaluation of current business systems; analyzes recommends andimplements process improvements;
• creates and evaluates userrequirements and system needs; elicits requirements using variouselicitation techniques such as Brainstorming Data Mining DocumentAnalysis and Interviews with users;
• produces requirements artifactssuch as Field Definition Matrix Business Rules Interfacerequirements; performs gap analysis on existing requirements inconjunction with current business needs;
• contributes to and drivesa collaborative effort to support organizational change management;facilitates risk analysis; participates in the creation andsubsequent reviews of project test plans;
• leads all final useracceptance efforts with business stakeholders; defines roles andaccess rights needed for applications;

represents VSPs interestswith vendors and collaborates with them to help meet project needs;creates training materials and provides enduser training.
