Salary : $31.87

Location : Richmond, VA / Schedule : Wednesday through Saturday, 1 : 00PM to 12 : 30AM / Pay Rate : $31.87 Hourly with Excellent Benefits and Signing Bonus

The Maintenance Tech 3 is responsible for repairs and maintains production equipment with a high level of urgency and effective communication with his operational peers and the maintenance team. They possess an expert skill level in troubleshooting equipment failures.

The Ideal Maintenance Tech 3 Candidate Can :

Execute preventative maintenance procedures on equipment and company property.
Support and lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve equipment maintenance issues including but not limited to PLCs, inverter drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearings, chains, belting, conveying systems, and valves to minimize equipment delays.
Work with the Maintenance Manager to prioritize jobs and design a work plan to complete each job in a safe and efficient manner to include high scheduling and PM compliance.
Ensure shop and maintenance related housekeeping and organization standards are sustained and continually improving.
Use the CMMS systems effectively and consistently, including parts and materials.

In addition, the ideal Maintenance Technician 3 must have :

Minimum of three to five years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.

Possess either strong mechanical or electrical skills, and a general working knowledge of the other.

Ability to perform duties regarding PLCs, inverter drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearings, chains, belting, conveying systems, valves, and plumbing.

Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time.

Ability to perform tasks that may involve repetitive motion.

Ability to work in extreme temperatures.

Ability to work overtime as needed.

Ability to work holidays and weekends.

All other duties as assigned.
