The CFO - West Central Region will partner with the Region President and Executive leadership team to drive growth, price, and margin expansion.

Responsible for developing innovative solutions to deliver customer outcomes and drive growth while managing company risk / reward.

The role will also interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, and processes or services.

Alongside, utilizing understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Management of a team of people covering all critical aspects of the Commercial Finance family.
• Drives commercial finance operating rhythms by providing centralized finance reporting capabilities, commercial productivity metrics, commercial forecasting, and contribute to the overall business growth.
• Leads commercial financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis while supporting regional sales / commercial teams.
• Attracts and retains talent, developing expertise in the function, and growing reputation within the organization.
• Influences policy and ensures delivery within own function, linking with other functions of the organization.
• Leads functional teams with moderate resource requirements, risk, and / or complexity. Presents business solutions to leaders in functional area.

Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.

• Has major influence on the West Central Region P&L and has ownership and influence over budget, cost controls, pricing and margin decisions.
• Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex problems that may impact the organization. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis.

Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

Qualifications

Bachelor's and / or Master's degree from an accredited university or college with 8+ years of relevant experience

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $155,040.00-$232,560.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.

In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI).
