Here are the scope of services one can expect to handleon a daily basis for the Program :
This is abilingual opportunity for English / Spanish speakers. ServicePartners will need to speak Spanish fluently and pass an assessmentin Spanish.
Please note : allsystems certifications and documentation are in English. HoweverService Partners will need to assist customers in Spanish.
Assist members :
- With transportation to and fromappointments.
- In resolving issues with previousappointments.
- With a transportation recovery where ascheduled trip has failed.
- With benefitseligibility.
Given the natureof certain types of calls some members may express feelings ofdistress impatience fear or anxiety. This can pose a challengingsituation to handle.
However the experience can also be highlyrewarding having the opportunity to provide valuable assistance tothese members.
Effortlesslymaneuver through the clients system by utilizing function keys toensure accurate processing of ride transportation.
Collaborating with various departments toeffectively address and resolve transportation and eligibilityissues
