We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a valid insurance property and casualty license and a proven track record in sales.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of insurance products and sales processes.

Compensation : $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor daily sales activities, including tracking metrics, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Resolving escalated customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to succeed.
  • Listen to phone calls and conduct regular performance evaluations to identify strengths and areas of improvement.
  • Manage team schedules, manage PTO requests, and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded by the team.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Attend weekly management meetings to discuss agency goals and address agency performance and receive weekly training.

Qualifications :

  • Valid insurance property and casualty license.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
