Compensation :

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly based on experience

Responsibilities :

Client Relations : Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere.

Ensure each interaction is handled with the utmost courtesy, discretion, and efficiency.

  • Administrative Support : Manage a range of administrative duties, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Office Management : Oversee the daily operations of the reception area, including managing visitor access, maintaining a tidy and professional environment, and liaising with various departments to support office functionality.
  • Communication Excellence : Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders with professional compassion and discretion.
  • Problem Solving : Address client inquiries and issues with tact and a problem-solving attitude, ensuring proper handling in a seamless and positive experience.
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with our team members to improve and streamline our processes with an eye toward both efficiency, consistency, and the overall client experience.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional receptionist and / or in a front office role, preferably within a legal or corporate environment.
  • Skills : Demonstrated expertise in client relations, administrative support, and office management. Proficiency with office software and technology is essential.
  • Presentation : Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Attitude : A proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach with the ability to maintain composure and poise in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
  • Discretion : Ability to exercise high levels of discretion, confidentiality, sensitivity, and integrity when communicating with clients, outside vendors and our team.
  • Zest : A sense of humor, a spirit for service, and ability to thrive in an expanding and evolving environment will be in harmony with our spirited team.
