Associate Director Operations Strategy

The Associate Director Operations Strategy is responsible for driving the long term strategic planning, optimization, and transformation of manufacturing network to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with the company's business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical operations and business strategy. The Associate Director will work cross-functionally with senior leadership, operations teams, and external stakeholders to lead initiatives that streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to long-term business success.

1. Strategy Development and Analysis :

• Lead the formulation of operations strategies aligned with overall business objectives and develop business cases to support executive decisions.
• Analyze evolving supply requirements including demand forecast and recommend long term manufacturing network footprint, new technologies and operational improvements to senior management, utilizing data-driven insights.
• Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

Base compensation range for this role is $148,000.00-$203,500.00. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
