About The Position
Job Title : Cardiovascular TechnologistJob Specialty : Diagnostic Imaging - Cardiovascular TechnologistJob Duration : 13 weeksShift : 10-hour days, Shift 0700-1730 with on-call requirementsGuaranteed Hours : 40 hours per weekExperience : Minimum 2 years in current specialty requiredLicense : Candidate must have credentials and New Mexico state licensing (RN, Paramedic, Respiratory Therapy, Medical Imaging, or Radiation Therapy).
Certifications : CCI Registry, RTR, RCIS, RCES, BLS, ACLS certifications required; BLS must be completed through the American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
Must-Have : - Ability to demonstrate skills necessary for functioning in the cardiac catheterization lab- Advanced knowledge of imaging equipment- Successful completion of at least one 13-week travel assignment- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Team player who can work cohesively with other team members- EPIC EMR experience preferredJob Description : - Adhere to a 75-mile straight-line radius rule ensuring no local travelers- Shift may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs- On-call, weekends, and holiday coverage may be required- First to float within the facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of the primary assigned location- Traveling pairs are not guaranteed the same schedules or shifts- Orientation in the first week, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training- Scrubs will be required and provided by the facility- Ensure an accurate SS# and DOB is entered to avoid onboarding issues- Candidates must not have been employed by the client's healthcare system within the last 12 months from their last day of work to be eligible for a travel position
