Job Description :
The Department of Medicine (DoM) is MSKs largest clinical departments
encompassing experts in solid tumor oncology, hematologic malignancies,
subspecialty medicine and supportive and acute care services. Offering a range
of services both in multiple sites in New York City and at their suburban
outpatient locations in our Regional Care Network (RCN), DoM physicians
oversee the care of the whole patient.

The Hematology Service (https : www.mskcc.orgcancer-caretypesbenign-blood-
disorders) in the Division of Hematologic Malignancies, Department of Medicine
is seeking a full-time Benign Hematologist at the Assistant Attending level or
higher focused on the care of patients, education and research at our Upper
East Side location. The Hematology Service has an interest in the
multidisciplinary care for patients with an array of bleeding, thrombosis, and
hematologic diagnoses. The responsibilities will include clinical expertise in
patient care, clinical research, and teaching training.
The Hematology Service at MSK consists of 7 faculty with diverse expertise and
interests. As the service continues to grow, we are now seeking candidates
with a specific interest in medical education andor leading clinical trials
across the spectrum of benign hematologic conditions.
Requirements Include :
- MD, DO, or equivalent
- Board eligible or board certified in Hematology
- New York andor New Jersey State License Eligible
- Certification in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Child Abuse Identification & Reporting
Salary Range : $235,000 - $520,000
