Physical Requirements (including but not limited to) :
- Ability to stand / walk 10 hours / day
- Ability to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry and stoop
- Ability to lift items up to 75 lbs.
- Hazards include, but not limited to cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Trains and practices Freddy's standards of quality, timeliness, and service
- Review and writes all FOH / BOH schedules
- Analyze Sales and Labor data of Restaurant
- Manage opening / closing shifts in a timely manner
- Ensures Operational Checklists are completed daily
- Ensures all Administrative paperwork is completed and forward to appropriate departments in a timely manner
- Observes, coaches, and develops staff
- Handles disciplinary action with team and provides proper documentation
- Always demonstrates Hospitality to the fullest and empowers staff to always practice
