POSITION : Rapid Permanency Review Manager

DEPARTMENT : Kansas Foster Care (Kansas City, KS)

Starting Salary : $44,000 - $46,000 (Annually) (Starting salary depends on education and experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Cornerstones of Care is seeking a results-driven Rapid Permanency Review Manager (RPR Manager) with strong leadership skills to manage and improve the efficiency of Kansas Child Welfare processes with the ultimate goal of optimizing client permanency outcomes.

The RPR Manager reports to the Director of Permanency and works collaboratively and in coordination with Cornerstones of Care Kansas Foster Care Program staff.

The RPR Manager's primary responsibility is to successfully execute the implementation of Rapid Permanency Reviews within the organization, supporting staff in mastering the practice model framework throughout various programs and ensuring model fidelity, while meeting timelines and budget requirements.

Using advanced knowledge of Kansas program processes, outcomes, and success indicators, the RPR Manager will work collaboratively to identify barriers and expedite permanency for children in care.

The RPR Manager will demonstrate creative customer service delivery, strong project management skills, and excellent collaborative decision-making ability.

QUALIFICATIONS :

This position requires a bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, human services, education, counseling, or psychology which includes the equivalent of 30 semester hours in either human development / human behavior, child development, family intervention techniques, diagnostic measures, or therapeutic techniques such as social work, psychology, sociology, guidance / counseling, and child development and two years of experience in the child welfare arena.

A master's degree in social work, criminal justice, human services, education, counseling, or psychology, licensed by the Kansas behavioral sciences regulatory board (BSRB), and two years of experience in the child welfare arena is preferred.

Case management experience is preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a background check, physical and drug screening.

This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
