Responsibilities

Client Consultation : Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.

Sales Growth : Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting insurance products and services.

Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Follow-Up : Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.

Requirements

Licensing : Valid insurance license in the state of Ohio is required, before start or after initial training period.

Prior Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. We value motivation and a desire to learn.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and proactively seek new sales opportunities.

Customer-Oriented : Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.

Technology Proficiency : Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to support remote work and sales processes.
