Are you someone who thrives on connecting with people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly? Join our vibrant team as Customer Service , where your voice is the first touchpoint for our customers and your impact is felt across every department.

Shift : Monday-Friday 1pm-10pm CST

Pay : $16-$18 / hr. depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound / outbound calls
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and resolutions
  • Process customer payments (ACH, credit card, deposits)
  • Maintain accurate records in our systems and databases
  • Collaborate with internal teams to finalize paperwork and approve projects
  • Use T-Mobile Dialpad to manage daily call flow

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of phone-based customer service or administrative experience
  • 1–3 years working in a professional office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Strong communication skills, a friendly and upbeat attitude, and the ability to multitask like a pro
