Responsibilities include warmly greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department, providing accurate information regarding the company and its services, and answering incoming phone calls.

The Receptionist is also responsible for maintaining a detailed visitor log and issuing security passes when necessary to ensure a secure work environment.

Additional duties may include handling basic typing tasks, managing the reception area to keep it neat and organized, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Routine supervision and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to the proper personnel, and take messages when necessary.
  • Provide general information about the company and its services.
  • Maintain and update the visitor log, ensuring accurate records of all individuals entering the premises.
  • Issue security passes to visitors and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as typing documents, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff as needed.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
