CFC's project portfolio includes mountain resort facilities, hospitality, commercial and multi-family residential. Primary markets are metro-Denver and Colorado ski areas.

The Project Manager supervises the construction project from beginning to end, making sure that the project meets time and budgetary requirements.

The Project Manager plans and coordinates all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Essential Functions :

  • Assumes accountability and ownership of the project
  • Is responsible for project safety and environment programs
  • Sets up project reporting procedures
  • Understands and enforces contractual responsibilities, contract documents and dispute resolution
  • Ensures timely project completion through effective project scheduling, timely delivery of materials and efficient management of material and document submittals / approvals
  • Negotiates and issues subcontracts and major purchase orders and monitors their progress
  • Negotiates, prepares, issues and executes change orders to subcontractors and prepares any revisions to original budget
  • Prepares and issues monthly owner progress reports, schedules and cost reports
  • Develops insurance compliance with site-specific quality control and safety plans
  • Chairs and records project meetings

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred
  • 5+ years construction-related experience in similar capacity
  • Ground up multifamily experience preferred
  • Knowledge of building and construction trades

Salary Range : $120,000-$135,000 annually (based on experience)
