Computed Tomography Technologist - (CT Tech)
StartDate : 9 / 30 / 2024 Available Shifts : 12 N Pay Rate : $2150.46 - $2477.71
CT Tech needed asap3rd shifts - 12 hour shifts13 weeks; 32 - 40 hrsRequirements : Graduate of an accredited radiography programRadiographer experience CT experience ARRT Radiography registration required inARRT Computed Tomography registration requiredWI-DSPS radiographer license required if working in WisconsinCPR / BLS certification required *May include coverage to a second location in Janesville, WI.
EPICPerforms diagnostic CT procedures.If assigned radiographer job duties, also performs radiographic, fluoroscopic, surgical and portable radiographic exams.
Corroborates patient's clinical history with procedure, ensuring information is documented and available for use by the radiologist.
Prepares the patient for procedures, providing instructions to obtain desired results, gain cooperation, and minimize anxiety.
Selects and operates imaging equipment, image capture devices, and accessories to successfully perform procedures.Positions patient to best demonstrate anatomic area of interest, respecting patient ability and comfort;
immobilizes patient as necessary.Practices aseptic technique as necessary,
Required Qualifications
Requirements :
Graduate of an accredited radiography program
Radiographer experience
CT experience
ARRT Radiography registration required in
ARRT Computed Tomography registration required
WI-DSPS radiographer license required if working in Wisconsin
CPR / BLS certification required
May include coverage to a second location in Janesville, WI.
