- Check start up of packaging lines.
- Respond to problems that arise with packaging lines.
- Perform line changeovers as needed.
- Perform manufacturing and building maintenance.
Weekly :
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, which includes tasks such as grease or performing a line improvement to help production numbers or higher standard of efficiency.
Monthly :
Perform preventative maintenance (differs from weekly preventative maintenance).
Occasional, Infrequent :
Complete major line installs for new products and / or new equipment.
