What you will do :

• Update and implement a new data system
• Oversee the database entries for new and revised product formulas
• Manage day-to-day tasks like reporting, database updates, etc.
• Publish and oversee product documentation on company databases
• Provide administrative support and documentation support
• Handle customer orders by filing and updating records as needed

What you will need to be successful :

• Associate's degree + 2 years of related experience, OR bachelor's degree + 1 year of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems and ask questions when needed
• PowerBi experience is a plus but not required
