Registered Nurse Weekends Supervisor
Williamsbridge Center is hiring a Registered Nurse(RN) Supervisor to work Weekends forour Skilled Nursing Facility in Bronx NY.
Duties :
- Complete residentcare requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
- Establish a compassionate environment byproviding support to residents & families
- Provide information to residents & staff byanswering questions and requests
- Maintain asafe & clean working environment by implementing rules ®ulations
- Ensure resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing
- Manage documentation of resident care services
- Promote a cooperative relationship amonghealth care teams
Requirements :
- Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years LongTerm Care experiencerequired
- Should be a strong and positiveTeam Director for all members of the staff
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basiccomputer skills
