INCOG BioPharma is seeking a detail-oriented IQC Technician to support material readiness for the manufacture of sterile injectable products. INCOG is looking for a quality-driven and organized individual focused on operational readiness and excellence. This role is 2nd shift (3pm - 11.30pm).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sample and inspect incoming materials (components, API, BDS, excipients)
  • Perform visual / dimensional analysis and support analytical testing
  • Manage lab tasks : instrument calibration, cleaning, inventory, waste, and sample shipments
  • Support documentation, peer review, and COA generation

Requirements :

  • Associate’s degree in a science discipline (or HS diploma + 2 years QC / pharma experience)
  • Strong math, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Experience with LIMS / QMS systems a plus
