MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As our repair expert, you are an essential part of the resident experience! You will work closely with the Director of Maintenance to maintain our building by handling all requests for repairs and improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders as requested by residents
  • Wood flooring and / or wallpaper replacement
  • Paint / paint touch up
  • Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing
  • Conduct move-out inspections
  • Minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting tasks

Attributes

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs
  • 1-3 years' experience in maintenance or related professional area
  • Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate verbally with tenants, management and co-workers
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail and thoroughness
