SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse delivers care to Adult and Critical Care patients by utilizing the nursing process and Critical Care nursing standards of practice.
The nurse maintains competency and applies scientific knowledge utilizing evidence based practice necessary to meet patient needs.
Demonstrates progression of professional development and is supportive of the hospital's mission, vision and values.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Graduate from an accredited or approved school of nursing.
- Bachelor Degree preferred. One year of medical
surgical or critical care experience required.
- Critical care or ED course preferred.
- The RN must be knowledgeable of current nursing practices.
- Critical Care experience preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Crisis Prevention Intervention
certification.
