Unarmed Security Officer- Flex / On-Call
Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to :
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
- Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
- Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
- Valid State of Texas Non-Commissioned Security License- Level II License and / or Valid State of Texas Commissioned Security License- Level III License
- Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
- Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
- SOC Operator experience preferred
- This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
- You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
Shifts : On-Call and must be available six (6) days a week, on at least two (2) different shifts, Day, Swing, or Graveyard.
Pay Rate : $18 / hr.
Qualifications we are looking for :
- 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid State of Texas Non-Commissioned Security License- Level II License and / or Valid State of Texas Commissioned Security License- Level III License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Capable of following complex instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
