LHH is working with a Florida manufacturing company to hire a Director of Sales who will lead the day-to-day operations of sales teams and strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase profitability.

Monitor market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Forecast sales performance and adjust plans to meet evolving market demands.

Manage the annual sales budget, including expense control and forecasting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and growth.

Establish, manage, and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and reporting systems.

Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, operations, and production teams to meet client needs.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to monitor individual and team performance.

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree

8+ years of experience in sales leadership

Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and developing high-performing sales teams.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 40%-80% Travel

Salary Range : $120,000-$130,0000 annually plus bonus
