We are looking for candidates with :
- Active Registered Nurse RN License in Ohio
- CPR basic life support
- Exceptional time-management skills
Primary responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN) at Kingston :
- Supervise care team of Nurse Aides, Medication Aides and LPNs to deliver plan of care.
- Administer medications, following the 5 medication rights and reduce potential for errors.
- Report changes in resident condition to physician, DON and responsible party, taking follow-up action as necessary.
- Treat residents, guests, and co-workers with courtesy and genuine care
