Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate at The Webb Agency. The Sales Associate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting insurance options, and providing guidance on the best policies to meet their needs.
They will also handle policy renewals, process insurance applications, and maintain client relationships. The Sales Associate will work closely with the team to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Licensing and certification in insurance is a plus
