About The Position

Job Description & Requirements

Registered Respiratory Therapist - (RRT)

StartDate : 10 / 28 / 2024 Available Shifts : 12 N Pay Rate : $1316.08 - $1516.35

RRT / CRT needed asap for 13 weeks12 hour night shift in Emergency departmentRequired Skills / AbilitiesCompassionate and empathetic interpersonal skills.

Excellent attention to detail.Ability to interview and examine patients to identify breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders.

Ability to effectively consult with patients to identify programs and potential remedies.Effective patient assessment skills such as vital signs, breath sounds, symptoms of distress, knowledge of medication, and how to troubleshoot.

Ability to record patient progress, and teach them how to take required medication / use necessary equipment.Ability to remain calm and patient under stress.

Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.EMR : CPSI / EvidentEducation and Experience : Associate’s Degree and current CRT or RRT required.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role required.BLS certification required.PALSACLSPhysical Requirements : Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Prolonged periods of standing, bending and reaching.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience :

Associate’s Degree and current CRT or RRT required.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role required.

BLS certification required.

MO Lic required

Physical Requirements :

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Prolonged periods of standing, bending and reaching.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
