Overnight Customer Service Representative

• What You'll Do
• Be the
• first point of contact
• for patients, answering inbound calls and making outbound follow-ups
• Learn the
• entire front-end process
• to ensure smooth service delivery
• Verify referral details, create orders, and schedule equipment delivery
• Educate patients on their
• financial responsibilities
• Document concerns and escalate cases when needed
• Collaborate with a supportive team and grow through feedback
• Schedule Details
• Training :
• Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM (on-site in Newton)
• Post-Training : Overnight Shift :
• 7 : 00 PM-7 : 00 AM
• Rotating schedule : 3 days one week, 4 days the next
• Must be available
• every other weekend
• Remote work available
• after training if performance expectations are met
• What We're Looking For
• Must-Have :
• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, or similar welcome!)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Bonus Points For :
• Healthcare or call center experience
• CNA or nursing home experience
• Familiarity with medical terminology

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
