Abatix is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Driver! The ideal candidate has experience with forklifts and is comfortable with driving a box truck.
The team member’s attitude and professionalism will guarantee a positive customer experience.
Job Description
- Receive and pick orders for customers
- Load and unload vehicle
- Verify the contents of orders against shipping papers
- Safely operate a forklift
- Count stock items and record data into computer system
- Assist customers with loading merchandise
- Make deliveries in the DFW area in a box truck or van
Job Requirements
- A customer service mindset! You must be willing to work with customers and go above and beyond to meet their needs
- 2+ years of warehouse experience in a wireless environment
- CDL Class B or higher preferred, not required
- Ability to use FedEx and UPS online systems
- A strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
- Dependability, motivation, punctuality and organizational skills
- Ability to complete certifications for forklifts and delivery vehicles
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and kneel, bend and twist as the warehouse may require
