Ann’s Choice is a beautiful 103-acre continuing care retirement community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We’re part of a growing network of communities managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states and growing.

Servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner. The server records and inputs into the POS system beverage and food orders delivers and serves food, ensures exceptional guest service.

Schedule : Currently looking for help on our 11 : 30AM-8 : 00PM OR 10 : 00AM-3 : 00PM shift

Compensation : Starting rate of $14.50 / hr. Must be able to commit to at least 24hr / wk

How you will make an impact :

• Become a subject matter expert on menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods
• Engage our residents and their guests by sharing daily menu highlights and offering recommendations; based on knowing their preferences
• Accurately record food and beverage orders.
• Consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience.

What you will need :

• Prior service and / or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Friendly and energetic communication skills.
• The desire to provide top-notch service.
